Dr. Carolyn Elliott had a free Facebook group with over 12k members. My goal as moderator for the group was to maintain a positive and safe environment inside a large public virtual space.
To achieve this, review every post daily, communicated with members about any guideline violations, resolved conflicts and navigated tensions fairly.
My efforts ensured a welcoming, respectful space where members felt safe to share and interact, reduced conflicts, and maintained group harmony, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
