● Reorganized Mighty Networks: I streamlined and optimized the platform to enhance user experience, making it more intuitive and accessible for members.
● Created a New Onboarding Sequence in ConvertKit: I designed and implemented an engaging and efficient 10-email onboarding sequence for new members, ensuring they felt welcomed, guided and supported from their first interaction.
● Developed Two New Onboarding Courses in Mighty Networks: I created comprehensive onboarding content that guided new members through the features and benefits of ELECTRIC YES, helping them quickly acclimate and engage with the community.
This project not only improved the overall user experience but also contributed to the successful rebranding, increased member retention and engagement within ELECTRIC YES.
As Community Manager for ELECTRIC YES, I played a key role in supporting the rebranding and relaunch of ELECTRIC YES in Spring 2023, collaborating closely with the CEO, a marketing specialist, and a graphic designer.
